U.S. CAD - BIM Customer Projects

C.W. Driver
The top image represents a Target Store in Azusa, California. U.S. CAD modeled the exterior shell of the structure that introduced some complex scenarios and challenges.

Syska Hennessy Group Construction, Inc.
Here we coordianted the architectural, structural, and mechanical design together. Syska Hennessy Group conducted coordination meetings where they resolved several major clashes between structural and mechanical. This demonstrates the value of virtual construction prior to physical construction.

Lancor Architects
U.S. CAD worked on this beautiful building for the "BeachFront" project where we show both the interior and exterior rendered views. We modeled the entire exterior shell along with all of the interior components that include some complex wall shapes and stair features.

To the left here is the interior view of the "BeachFront" property for Lancor Architects. We also added in some furniture and some exterior sun lighting to add a more realistic feel to the image so it can be truly visualized prior to construction. U.S. CAD has demonstrated here our ability to utilize technology such as Revit and 3DS Max Design.

Unison Electric
Shown directly to the left here is an image representing the conduit design for a Robinsons May project. As you can see, we also modeled the HVAC duct work in order to build a coordination model between HVAC piping and the Electrical conduit. Revit MEP allowed us to do collision detection as well for this project.

AECOM Design (formerly DMJM H&N)
U.S. CAD worked on the MEP design for this Caltrans' (GSA) project on behalf of AECOM Design. You can see that we modeled several large pieces of equipments as shown here to the left along with the HVAC systems and mechanical piping systems in this high resolution rendered image.

To the left here is a larger view of all of the HVAC systems, mechanical piping systems along with the electrical conduit. You can see that U.S. CAD was able to coordinate all of this geometry together in order to check for any design flaws or collisions prior to construction.

Here is one final image of the Caltrans GSA project for AECOM design showing the exterior structure of the building that contains the MEP systems we modeled for AECOM.
